3.1 Service Agreement

3.2 Scope of Service
Services performed are limited to those described in the written quote and any associated work order. We do not perform structural repairs, carpentry, or framing replacement. Termite treatment addresses the live pest population and creates conditions that prevent re-infestation; it does not reverse damage already done to wood members.
3.3 Licensing
Huntsville Termite Solutions is licensed by the Texas Department of Agriculture for structural pest control. All treatments are performed in accordance with Texas law and EPA-registered product label requirements.
3.4 Property Access
You authorize Huntsville Termite Solutions personnel to access the areas of your property specified in the service agreement for the purpose of inspection and treatment. You represent that you have the authority to grant this access (as owner or authorized agent of the property).
3.5 No Guarantee of Results
Pest control results depend on many factors outside our control, including property conditions, neighboring infestation sources, soil conditions, moisture, and construction type. We do not guarantee complete elimination of all termite activity as a result of a single treatment. Annual inspections are recommended to monitor treatment effectiveness.
4. Payment
Payment terms are specified in the written quote or work order. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due upon completion of service. 5. Cancellation and Rescheduling

Pre-construction treatment cancellations must be made before the treatment window begins; cancellations after treatment is applied will be charged for work completed.
